Recalculate the source and destination hashes with the same algorithm and byte range.

Pause or quarantine affected outputs so the problem cannot propagate to another production stage.

Quarantine the copy and transfer again from the last verified source.

Record the owner, evidence, decision, version and completion time in the production log.
