Compare codec profile, level, chroma, bit depth and bitrate with the current specification.

Pause or quarantine affected outputs so the problem cannot propagate to another production stage.

Transcode from the verified master to an exact compliant preset and run QC again.

Record the owner, evidence, decision, version and completion time in the production log.
