Confirm the reported master file corruption condition and identify every affected asset or task.

Verify container structure, decode every frame and sample, and compare the stored checksum.

Pause or quarantine affected outputs so the problem cannot propagate to another production stage.

Quarantine the file and restore the last verified master before generating new derivatives.
05
Record the owner, evidence, decision, version and completion time in the production log.
