Reconcile the cast list and visible contributors with signed release identifiers.

Pause or quarantine affected outputs so the problem cannot propagate to another production stage.

Hold affected shots from distribution until the release or an approved replacement exists.

Record the owner, evidence, decision, version and completion time in the production log.
